My New Phone

>> Wednesday, August 19

For the longest time, I had the very basic of all phones from T-Mobile. I didn't need all the fancy applications, I didn't need internet access, I didn't need texting. I actually have a Blackberry that I tried and did not like (mainly because it did not fit into my small phone pouch that attached to my purse). My husband and I had T-moblie for more than 10 years, we were fine and dandy with our gazillion shared minutes.
Then my older son, at the ripe old age of 12 decided he needed a phone. For what? I ask. For emergencies mom! He replies. So we go to the T-Mobile store to pick up a new phone for him. He needed a camera, texting, etc.
It was no problem to add him to our family plan for more bucks of course.
But lo and behold! I looked and looked and looked at the new phones! After a few months, I finally decided I would like a phone that could take pictures. It will make me a better blogger, I thought.
So, I got the free with rebate hot rod red TM510 phone with camera, video, texting (I still don't need this) and groovy ringtones!
Now if I can only figure out to get the pictures and videos I took downloaded to my PC without using the Bluetooth.
Yes, I could take the looking important option and use the wireless little thingy that goes in your ear Bluetooth headset.
But not today, not yet anyway.

My old phone, my new phone.
