Easy Peasy Sweet Potato Pie
My younger son and I "made" Sweet Potato Pie today. It is so easy!

Ingredients:
premade pie crust in tin pie plate from the grocery store
1 can of candied yams mashed up
1 bag large or small marshmallows

Steps:
Mash up the candied yams, add a bit sugar if needed.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Make sure pie crust is defrosted, poke holes with fork to prevent rising.
Bake crust about 15 minutes until slightly golden brown.
Decrease oven heat to 350 degrees.
Scoop yams into pie crust, generously top with marshmallows.
Bake for another 15 minutes until marshmallows are golden brown. Watch the crust to make sure it does not burn.
Viola!
