From Blogger.com to Your Own Dot.com

A few months back, I took advantage of Godaddy's special for $1.99 dot com. I knew I could not use Nina's Day as a dot com because it was already taken so I decided on Nina In Florida.
I was excited, I had done most of my blog redesign and now I was ready to redirect my blog to ninainflorida.com.
Here is the screen you need to access in blogger:



After a few days, my blog still was not accessible. I called go daddy and they told me it took about 24-48 hours for the redirect to happen.
What the people at go daddy did not tell me is that I needed to configure the CNAME on my go daddy account.
Make sure you read about the CNAME on this help topic:


Follow the instructions for your hosting service. If not, your redirect will remain in redirect limbo forever!
