Sandy Vern, A BEST Team Feature

>> Tuesday, September 28

Sandy Vern is a self taught crafter who sees something and knows at once that she can make it!
She lives in Connecticut with her pets: a dog, a kitten and wait...4 bearded dragons?

{In the middle of this feature, I just had to google what a bearded dragon is. For those of you who are just as curious, here is what it looks like:}

In between her pet sitting and barn sitting jobs, Sandy crafts. She makes soaps, the old fashioned
cold press way. She makes jewelry, she knits and she surfs the web.
All I can say is that she knows her soaps!
Just look at these yummy concoctions!

Sandy also offer hand knit wash clothes to go with your soaps!
An enterpreneur and crafter at heart, Sandy opens her 2nd Etsy store named Simply Sandys Things, a store currently dedicated to jewelry and stitch markers.
Here is a sneak peak at her Christmas themed earrings, perfect for the coming holiday season!

Follow Sandy and her pets (including the bearded dragons) on her blog, The Adventures of Sandy Vern.
And be sure to stop by Sandy's shops, SandyVern and SimplySandysThings!

I agree. The oat soap looks like a cookie.

What a talented and unique lady. I think the dragon is cute.

Nice feature.

What a perfect gift idea to partner a wonderful handmade soap with a handmade washcloth!
