Vintage Hat Revival

>> Thursday, September 2

It started out as a collaboration between my BEST team mate Debbi, Etsy seller
Debbi is a soul mate of sorts, a fellow crafted and vintage collector.
Had we lived in the same town, we would probably be going to yard sales together.
Debbi had a vintage hat that badly needed some revitalizing.
Take a look:

Debbi wanted to replace the fabric flower accent. She wanted a deep blue or purple
flower to contrast with the pale blue/slate gray hat.

As with all custom orders, I go "hmmmmm..... hmmmm....."
This is what I came up with.

I tried the flower on one of my vintage hats.

Finished project:
Debbi added a coordinating fabric band.

Doesn't the hat look divine? And it looks so pretty on
the model too!

loooove it. thank you. I have about 6 more hats (from the same estate auction) that I need to revive, so I'm sure I'll be contacting you for more flowers, lol.
